Good afternoon,
We need jira support to automate the issue assign field update, we have the columns: To do, Doing, Testing and Done in our kanban dashboard, always that issue going from doing to testing the assign field will be set by with tester and when issue going from testing to doing the assign field will be set with last developer in the issue.
How can we do this?

Is it always the same Tester and same Developer for each of those steps?

They you can create an Automation rule based on an Issue Transitioned trigger. Do one Rule for transitioning to Doing and one for Testing.
Then add a New Action for Edit Issue. Change the Assignee field to the user for you want for to add the developer's name (or tester's name for the second rule).
