Jira to Jira Webhooks

Hi All,

We are using the on demand version of Jira Agile. We have two different projects configured; One in Scrum for the Development team and the other one in Kanban for the UAT Team. For some specific reasons, we cannot keep a development story open till UAT. So what I want to do is to push a story to the UAT project when the development team closes that story.

Can I use webhooks to create a story in the same instance of Jira?

Hi there,

You can try the "Copy Issue" post function provided by Customware JIRA Utilities plugin. This will allow you to copy the issue to another project while transitioning an issue in JIRA.

There is already a similar discussion about this, check the link below:

Best way to create another issue via a workflow transition

Cheers,

Hi Vicky,

I came across many ways of doing it. But unfortunately for me, most of the plugins (including the one you have mentioned) are not available for the on demand version of Jira and Jira Agile
