Hi!

As I understand from stacktrace problem with groovy code.

Could you provide which plugin have you used for use groovy?

If it is Scriptrunner,  I have seen one of the problem with drivers

https://jamieechlin.atlassian.net/browse/JBHV-113?attachmentViewMode=list

Could you check you version release for scriptrunner,

it will be better if you review our customisations.

Better way for check is test under safe mode.

Hence you will know problem with plugins or with platform configuration,

I hope it helps

Cheers,

Thanks for your reply!

Scriptrunner installed version is 5.0.4.

How can i run in safe mode? What exactly it do, if we run in safe mode?

Safe mode is available from the "manage add-ons" section.  It disables all your add-ons, with the idea being you can prove basic Confluence works and then you re-enable add-ons one at a time, until it starts to crash again, and then you know the last add-on you re-enabled is the problem.

However, if it is ScriptRunner, this will just stop everything you've done with ScrptRunner from working.  The problem is very unlikely to be SR itself, more likely to be a flaw in a script you have implemented with it.  Go to the script-runner admin section and find the script list, and try sticking "exit" at the top of them so they don't run.
