Jira performance slowly with Tempo timesheet

Hi all, 

We're using Jira Data center ver 8.20.8 and Tempo Timesheet ver 16.0.0. Recently, whenever there are many users log timesheet/ view timesheet led to Jira performance slowly and this time, the CPU Jira up to 100%. So, we even can't access to Jira. 

I consider that is there any bugs that impact to CPU Jira performance or is there any solutions to resolve this problem we met?

We are also experiencing a very noticeable slowdown with Tempo in Jira Cloud.
