Jira notifications for Microsoft Teams

Hello,

I have Jira Cloud in Microsoft Teams app. Is it possible to enable notifications so that i am notified in Teams of an update in Jira?

Hi Jessica, yes that should be possible. Have you already in teams and are having issues? There are some decent I’ll be at rather dated videos on YouTube showing how this integration works. I just went out and grabbed one as an example - https://youtu.be/o9Y1_wzbTRk
