Jira is not starting after upgrade (jira-development-integration-plugin disabled)

Julio Saucedo August 31, 2017

Hi

I'm having problems to start jira after upgrade to 7.4.3 (x32) with message:

"The upgrade task manager has returned a non-successful result from running the upgrades"

I already increased modify -Datlassian.plugins.enable.wait=300 and also increased memory as indicated here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/troubleshooting-jira-startup-failed-error-394464512.html#TroubleshootingJIRAStartupFailedError-Memory

atlassian-jira.log is here: https://pastebin.com/NpMHucxH

Any other idea?

Rollback the upgrade, update all plugins to latest version. In UPM, click the upgrade check, this way you will see what version you can go to without losing plugins in the process. Possibly: Disable plugins you see failing now, you will not lose data. Once you completed the upgrade, update the plugins too and it should work. Also make sure that you have licenses for all plugins in their newer version.
