Sir/madame,
- We had updated a Jira complement and then Jira stoped working.
- When we updated the complement produced an error without details.
- We tried to stop and star Jira but does't work. The message is:
We couldn't start the following plugins:
- I look for about the error but the information is not recent.

Can you clear the plugin cache and try again.

can you share your log where are error lines (INSTALL-DIR/logs/catalina.out)? Also try to delete cache as suggested by @sara
