Hello,
I wanted to add a customer to our Jira site which didn't not work because the customers organization is using Okta but not Jira.
When clicking the link for registering in Jira he always gets directed to the Okta portal and then cannot move on.
Is there any way to navigate around Okta for the purpose of logging into Jira?
The customer's admin team is not very helpful as it is not in their organization's interest that Jira is used.

If their atlassian access is setup with Okta then the organization will have to provide access through okta or you will not be able to login. You could change how the application is accessed to get around this, you can do this if you are the organization administrator.
