Hi
im evaluating the whole suite for adoption and running into some workflow issues. All our teams are moving to kanban in agile. We also want to accept tickets in help desk from our clients who aren't very agile away (govt). They still think bug change request etc etc.
what im having issues with is how to take in service desk items into our agile projects. They really don't match up as far as issue types etc. any hints or suggestions.
