Jira Service Project -> "Failed to retrieve project data" and cannot see email requests

Good morning, everyone.

I started having this issue a few days ago, and have tried several approaches to fix it.

Problem:

Emails sent to the Jira Service Project are not being delivered to the Service Project. Also, when visiting the project, I cannot access /Project Settings/Email Requests. In the project listing, project is labeled: "Failed to retrieve project data"

Data:

- We are using a free account with 6 active users.

- We have two active Service Projects.

- Service project one has one user.

- Service project two has four users.

- I just noticed these issues in the past week.

- I have worked through an issue i found on this board, but had no luck

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @pv_sergio  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

How many total Service Desk users do you have (all projects)? You are only allowed 3 under the free plan.

OH! that's the problem.. we have five total... 

I think i need to change one of them to a software project.
