Hi,
We have a self hosted version of the Jira software but are interested in trying the Service Desk before purchasing a license.
I have tried to do the free trial offer on our site and this only half worked. The service desk software says it is installed however I am unable to start the trial. Jira asks for an Atlassian account to log the trial against I tried using mine but it won't accept the details.
Is there a specific account that needs to be used for this trial?
