Jira - PowerBI Connector Pro for Jira: Network Error

Hello Jira experts,

Can I ask what is the cause of this issue? This Network Error is recurring issue to our Jira instances. The vendor plugin suggests to increase the maxThread from 150 to 200-250 but we are still getting this issue. Thank you in advance for your support.

Yes, I reached out to them. They suggests to increase our maxThread in Jira. I set it from 150 to 250 but we are still seeing this Networ Error message.
