When I am on my Jira board and click on a Jira ticket it won't open for me. If I go to the Backlog view, it does open in the side panel. But from the board view it doesn't work.
I have cleared my cache and restarted my computer and still nothing.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I suspect it might be a browser issue. A couple of things to check:
Are any other users in your organization having the same problem?
Have you tried a different browser?
Try removing the extensions in your browser one by one and test in between each removal to see it if works.
I have this problem as well along with the inability to create new issues from the board.
If I try to create an issue in a column, it adds the card, but the spinner in the bottom right corner of the card just continues to spin and the issue never gets created.
Each time I open the board, if I have issues in "Todo" I always get offered to move issues to the Backlog. Even if I click No, I get the same offer each time.
I'm assuming these things are all related because they only appear to be a problem on the board.
