Jira Cloud Migration Assistant hangs connecting to the cloud

Douglas Birk April 7, 2020

Hi all, I'm sure this has been answered many times, feel free to just point me to a post that answers the question.

Aside from just opening the outgoing firewall to atlassian.com, are there specific ports to allow?

Thanks for any help!

Hi Douglas,

Good day. Not sure if you are still looking for an answer to this question.

Please make sure the network setting mentioned in below document is set on your server network settings

Hey SriKumar,

the link sadly does not disclose which ports are used, and this is one of the top results when searching.

Can you point me to any documentation that would disclose ports and protocols used rather than just domains?

Cheers
