I wish to create a "request" which when completed will spawn a new "task request".
I will create a Request type, which is assigned to an agent.
Agent completes and closes this request.
This triggers a secondary "follow-up" task to be generated (liked to the original request), assigned to the same agent.
Agent completes and closes this request.
This triggers another "follow-up" task (liked to the original request), assigned to the same agent.
And so on.
Any assist gratefully received
you would need an addon for this. I use Automation for Jira which would likely meet your needs. However, Scriptrunner or Powerscripts would be good options and there may be others.
BTW, you mention "agent" which is typically associated w/ JSD but this is posted in Jira questions.
