Hi,
I created an automated email notification in case the contents of a specific custom field is changed. But this does not work. The automation does not notice a change.
Last time I used this automation it was middle of October. But recently I had to notice that the automation does not work any longer.
Only when applying the automation on a Jira field e.g. description it works
I used the Automation plug in like this:
Trigger:
Field value changed: Fields to monitor for chagnes "Custom Field x"
for "Edit Issue"
Regards Heike
please provide a screenshot of your automation. Also, what does the automation log tell you? I have found the logs to be quite helpful when debugging rules.

Hi,
I am still facing the problem that the automation for customer field value change does not work. Is there any body out, who can give me an advice solving the problem.
Best regards Heike

What does the automation audit log tell you. It seems that it isn’t triggering? Could you remove the “for” edit issue and leave blank.

Thanks a lot Jack for the reply.
You are right the log does not show anything when I perform a change in the "HighRisk Decision" Field. And I don`t konw why.
We ar working with Jira SW Server Version 8.9.1. Our Automation Plugin is the latest update.
What can I try more to find out what the problem is?
