Jira Access Rights

Dear Atlassian community,

 

I have created a Jira account for practicing a while ago and now I need it for a real proejct.

Due to some reason I cannot create a new project.

I'm able to see one created by my colleague but I myself cannot create new.

Is this related to the admin rights? How can I become an administrator too?

You need to contact your site administrators so they can provide you with the necessary level of access. If you don't know who is your site administrators, you can create a ticket here to find it out.
