When creating workflow triggers in Jira Software 7.5.2 to Crucible 4.5.0, Jira says it can communicate but Crucible is not compatible.

The application link is working properly:

Hi,

Sorry to hear about this problem with integrating Fisheye/Crucible (fecru) 4.5 with Jira.  I did some research on this issue and this appears to be a new bug, please see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CRUC-8115 for details.

Unfortunately, we don't have much in the way of documented work-around for this at this time.   There have been a few other reports of this problem, and so far we appear to have narrowed this down to the specific version of Fecru 4.5.0.    In our testing of this we have not been able to reproduce this problem when using the 4.4.1 Fecru version or before.   I know that seems like a lousy work-around for the time being, but it might be possible to use this previous version to get around this issue until such time that a fix can be provided for the 4.5.0 version.

Regards,

Andy
