JQL to track if the assignee moved the issue from review to done

How do I filter the issues where the assignee moved the issue from review to done himself?

This JQL should do the trick:

status CHANGED FROM review TO done BY username AND assignee = username

Will this query require me to enter the username? If yes, it's not working for the task. Because I need a report to see all the assignees who have done the transition.

The user 'username' does not exist and cannot be used in the 'by' predicate.

Here's what I see

You have to replace username with the user you want to see the search for.

You cannot use a generic search on all assignees, the assignee field can only search on specific users or members of a group, and the history search has to have a username.
