issue:
when I going to upload a xlsx or docx files into a ticket, it throw a error. but when I upload it through Service Desk Portal, it succeed.
there are no special error log in log file, but I found something below:
jira.attachment.do.not.expand.as.zip.extensions.list : docx, docm, dotx, dotm, xlsx, xlsm, xltx, xltm, xlsb, xlam, pptx, pptm, potx, potm, ppam, ppsx, ppsm, sldx, sldm, thmx, odt, odp, ods, odg, odb, odf, ott, otp, ots, otg, odm
, sxw, stw, sxc, stc, sxi, sti, sxd, std, sxg
Not sure if it related.
Anyone know this issue?
Hi @luo eyck , is the instance behind a proxy? either nginx, IIS or apache? If so please inspect the configuration and allow some file extension in your requirement.
