JIRA quick search suggestion and autocomplete doesn't works

Hi all, 

I got a question for you. 

We've just installed JIRA Server hosted by us and I am gonna check some features, but I encountered one problem about quick search suggestions. 

When I enter some words or part of an issueKey search engine doesn't show drop-down suggestions. Could you help me to find some solution about it?

The image attached is a reference about what I talking about. I don't see that dropdown.

Is there some system plugin disabled?

Now I see, that the server version doesn't have this feature :(

Marco, if you "just installed JIRA server", I would assume there are very few issues in the database. If that's correct, try entering some issues first, then retry some simple searches.

thanks for the reply. 

Right now, I got 150 issues in JIRA e the quick search suggestions don't happen. I attach a screenshot about my search fields. Keep your attention on the gray coloring of the search field (seems that the search engine suggestion is disabled).  

Do you have any other idea?
