JIRA icons are to big

Hi

After upgrade from 7.11 to 7.13 we have very large icons when selecting priority, default project icons when creating issues and default user avatars when assigning. Also visual is different. 

I fixed priorities - i save them again with different name and change priorities icons in settings.

Do you know where to upload default project icons? Do you know any other fix?

Erorr occurs even in safe mode.
