Hi Team,
In JIRA / Zendesk Integration, if "Disable all public comments to Zendesk option" is unchecked in the configuration, we have the option to send public comments to Zendesk via the "Notify Button" present in the JIRA ticket.
Can we go a step further and restrict which users can post public comments?
Otherwise, is it possible to put a default note in the Notify Button comments' box saying something like: "Only such and such groups should post public comments"?
