Is there a way to refine a search for open issues with number of ZD tickets linked? We're trying to quickly surface bugs and UX/UI issues where we've received the most reports from customers (linked ZenDesk tickets).

you will need a third-party app, for example Zendesk JIRA connector, unfortunately the official and free Zendesk app does not allow this type of integration.

Thanks! I think we already have an integration, since we can see the number of linked ZD tickets in JIRA when looking at the specific bug ticket (and vice versa).
Really what we're looking for is a refined search in JIRA to filter tickets according to quantity of linked ZD tickets.
