JIRA Upgrade button is greyed

I'm going to upgrade my Jira from 7.5.2 to 8.0.2. I choose the "easy way" because it is not mission critical. However, after several steps, it is stuck at the "Upgrade checklist" window. The Upgrade button is greyed out even I've done the Jira health check and app compatibility check. What else should I do to continue the upgrade?

Hi @Kevin

Check if the JIRA license is expired? if the license is expired then update the license try to upgrade the instance. if the license is valid then provide the logs to verify this issue.

Thanks for the reply, the license should be valid. I've just updated a new license.  Which logs should I provide and where is it located?

Hi @Kevin

please reproduce the issue and verify the <jira-home>/logs/atlassian.jira.log file to see any errors related to this issue. if you find errors related to this issue share the logs here.
