JIRA Timesheets - Showing issues without a current timelog

Nimalka Lucas May 18, 2015

Hi

Currently in JIRA cloud time sheets we are only able to view stories/tasks/sub tasks which have at least one time entry logged before. This issue has been rectified in the server version as indicated the post under https://bitbucket.org/azhdanov/jiratimesheet/issue/475/show-issues-without-a-current-worklog. Can you please let me know how to get it working in the cloud as well?

Thanks,

Nimalka

Hi

Many thanks for your reply.

I have followed the steps in the link but none of the filters seems to be having any affect. http://www.jiratimesheet.com/wiki/Plugin_Configuration.html#In_Progress_issues. Can you please let me know if this works in the cloud version as we're on the cloud?

Yes, it works. But you need to set plugin configuration, in Administration - Add-ons - Timesheet Configuration. Oh, you need license key for this, sorry, I forgot, please see http://www.jiratimesheet.com/license.html

Hi Nimalka,
1) You should use 'In progress issues' feature, please see documentation for details: http://www.jiratimesheet.com/wiki/Plugin_Configuration.html#In_Progress_issues
2) Please make sure you use Sum SubTasks option properly in gadget configuration. If you want subtasks be shown separately, switch the option off.

Thank you.
