JIRA - Tempo - Diabled automatically/by itself?

Has anyone come across an issue where TEMPO for JIRA would disable itself? The fix is simply to find it under;

1. Settings (top right cog icon)->
2. Apps ->
3. Manage Apps ->
4. untwist Timesheets and then flick the button to ENABLE it

But it's odd that it would disable itself and no other admin has touched it and no JIRA system audit log entry shows TEMPO being disabled (or enabled for that matter).

Same issue here, when server restarts, Timesheets shows as DISABLED.

Anyone know how to fix this?
