JIRA Service Desk Attachments - how to make them optional

I am having reports from customers that JSD is asking them to add attachments when they are reporting problem thorug JSD portal..How can I change so that attachment field is optional?

Hi,

In the project settings, you select the request types and for each request you have the ability to edit the fields and mark them as required or not.
