JIRA Service Desk Attachment problem

Hello guys.


After the last update i have one MAJOR problem. Our Service Desk Customers can upload attachment and after that they can't see it anymore.

Me (as admin) can see it, so i thought that it's about permissions, but it's not. I'm administrating JIRA for about 2 years now, and i know that it's not good.


They see our portal as it's shown in attach.


Please help us fast,

our company depending on that.

If we upload something to download (ZIP file), and our customer click on it, Service Desk Home page opens and nothing happens then.
