After the last update i have one MAJOR problem. Our Service Desk Customers can upload attachment and after that they can't see it anymore.
Me (as admin) can see it, so i thought that it's about permissions, but it's not. I'm administrating JIRA for about 2 years now, and i know that it's not good.
They see our portal as it's shown in attach.
Please help us fast,
our company depending on that.
