JIRA Server Mobile App - Well this is awkward

Have JIRA 8.1 with Service Desk as well.

The Add-On for mobile is enabled.  We are able to login without an issue.  We see a list of issues, that list of issues updates with no problem.  However when we attempt to view any issue we get the below message:

Well this is awkward - The issue may have been deleted or you don't have permission to view it.

We have tried with multiple accounts, including admin accounts and always get this error.  Any suggestions to solve would be great.

Turns out it was on me.

We ran the current JIRA installers which usually updates everything or at least we were under that impression.

It only updated Service Desk, and Core but did not touch Jira Server even though its on the same install.  

Ran the installer for Jira Software and it resolved it

Hey Aaron,

To clarify - are you only getting this error when viewing issues from the Jira Mobile app, but the same user can view the issue as you expect from a standard mobile browser?
