JIRA New Experience Roll back

JIRA Experience Option.png

Hi - if a user selects the 'Experience the new JIRA' option is there a way to roll back to the previous version?  We have had a few instances of users who have selected this option and the are now not able to view their JIRA menu options hence the need to roll back.

Thanks

Hi Andreia and Micky,

Thanks for your responses.

That is the step we eventually took to resolve the issue.  Unfortunately the end user was not able to see the 'Turn Off Now' option on their browser - probably down to network security/firewall policy restrictions.  The user was able to log on to JIRA using their personal device which was not on network and then select the 'Turn Off Now' option which did the trick.

Thanks

Keyur

Hi!

The new experience introduction can help you: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/introducing-your-new-jira-experience-937886012.html

The latest section describe and illustrate how to disable the new experience (by clicking on your profile picture and selecting "Turn off fofr now").

Hope this helps!

Cheers

Hello,

You can turn it off in the same menu (your picture) there's the 'turn off for now' option
