JIRA Kanban column constraint by individual

Hi

Is it possible to set column constraint by an individual's number of tasks? Currently, if I set the limit to 5, and one person has 3 tasks and another has 2, the column will be at it's limit. Instead, I would like the limit to be 3 per person. Is that possible?

Hi Suhaim,

I'm afraid that's not possible. The only option to for column constraint now is Issue Count, Issue Count, excluding sub-tasks and None.
