I'm trying to refresh the data I have previously extracted using JIRA.JQL() and it displays the message "To use the =JIRA.JQL() function, you have to be logged in".
I have logged out from the task pane and logged in again but still the same. I can access the projects from the task pane so it is connected.
Any suggestions of how to fix this?
