JIRA Cloudでのアクティブユーザー数のモニタリングについて

JIRA Software Cloudを利用し始めましたがユーザーがアクティブに利用しているかをモニタリングしたいです。まずは月次アクティブユーザーや週次、可能であれば日次でログインしているかどうかをモニタリングしたいです。（使われているのかを見て、使われていなさそうなところがあれば対象のユーザーになぜなのかを聞くなどをしていきたい）

管理者画面を見た限りだとその時断面でのユーザーの最終ログイン情報をエクセルダウンロードする画面はありましたが、それ以外に方法はないでしょうか。

1つの方法は、ユーザーごとのアクティビティストリームを表示するダッシュボードを作成することです。

ダッシュボードには、ユーザーごとに異なるアクティビティストリームガジェットが必要になります。これにより、ユーザーが行ったすべての内容と時期が表示されます。アクティビティをすばやくスクロールして、そのユーザーがツールをどの程度操作しているかを把握できます。

One way might be to create a Dashboard that shows the activity stream by user.

You will need a different Activity Stream gadget for the Dashboard for each user. This will show you everything the user has done and when. You can quickly scroll through the activity to have a good idea of how much that user is interacting with the tool.

Hi John, thank you for your answer. What I need is little bit different. In this case, I need to know monthly/weekly active user count transition in our JIRA site. As you noticed, we can check current activities but I need to know the transition for checking and monitoring who aren't JIRA heavy users. Then we as our company JIRA evangelists can reach out those users.

Another query that might work is something like this:

project = ABC and status changed to "In Progress" by first.user during (2021-01-01, 2021-02-28)

That will show you everything the user changed to In Progress during the time period (the first two months of the year in this case.

The user's name will probably not show up as you type it, but if you completely type it in, then it should work.
