JIRA Agile - Edit Sprint End Date

Is it possible to edit a sprint end date?

Yes you can. If you have the correct project/board permissions, Go to your Agile Board, switch to the "Plan" view then hover over the Sprint End Date (the second date you can see right below the Sprint name) which will bring up the Pencil Icon for editing.
