When we display our JIRA Active Sprints board, some of the stories fall into an 'Other Issues' category when displayed. What is the criteria for the stories to fall into the bucket of work?Other Category.jpg

If you could share an image of the board and what you’re speaking of. It sounds like you’re talking about the last swim lane on the board. With that generally is is everything falls outside of criteria that defines the other swim lanes. The swim lanes can be to find an edited under board settings
