JIRA Admin Role?

Hi all! My colleague and I recently signed up for our accounts using the Free plan and we want to create a Company Managed project, except it requires a Jira admin to do so. Does anyone know one how one of us could be granted that Admin role?

in Free everyone is an admin. Which can be good and bad :-)

Hi @April Lee 

Did you create the Jira instance or was it created by someone else? If you created the instance then you should have admin access and should be able to create new projects.
