JIRA 8.13.8 all Agile features running into infinite refresh loops and holding up work

Hi,

We have a huge JIRA Server and upgraded it to 8.13.8 from 8.4.2 yesterday. After upgrade, all Agile features like Wallboards, Active Sprints, Agile Reports etc are going into infinite refresh loop and not allowing work to progress.

Kindly help!! We have client users logging into the machine and it is mission critical :(
