JCMA is not working since last 24 hours getting JCMA under maintenance?

We have planned for migration from Jira on-prem to Jira cloud, Jira cloud migration is under maintenance since last 24 hours. When can we expect, is there any timeline.

Thanks for the additional info @Shankar Kandula . The error message you're getting is not really due to the migration service being unavailable but likely one of three issues:

  1. Ensure your Jira base URL matches the source instance you entered when initially creating your migration plan
  2. Renew the authentication token for JCMA by following these steps
  3. Your on-prem instance may be unable to access the cloud site due to firewall/network restrictions

The first two items are taken from this KB article which describes your exact problem. The third is step 6 of the pre-migration checklist that should be completed prior to a JCMA migration.

Please take a look through these resources and rebuild your plan to see if the error is resolved.

Hi @Shankar Kandula , welcome to the Community!

There shouldn't be any active incidents affecting migrations- are you seeing that your target cloud site is unreachable in some way or is it and issue accessing the migrations menu via JCMA itself?

What versions of Jira & JCMA do you have installed on-prem? Do the logs show anything when attempting to access the menu?

Jira Software 7.13.5 and JCMA Version: 1.7.5 in logs it's not showing anything related to migration.
