Hi Paul,

What error does it show and can you ensure you have the right license for your Jira? For example I am not using a license meant for Jira Data Center would work for JIRA server.

Another possibility is you have a core license and you attempted installing on another application and vice versa. It’ll be hard to advise without you exposing confidential information here.

If you recently purchased the license, I’ll suggest canceling it and then purchasing the license again ensuring you are buying the correct license.

Also with license questions I’ll suggest reaching out to Atlassian support in charge of licenses.
