Issue with Time tracking provider changing every week?

I have changed the settings to Time tracking provider: JIRA provided time tracking however every week, the settings revert back to Tempo timesheets. Aside from someone possibly manually changing this, is there another reason? Screenshot 2020-11-11 at 09.46.01.png

I asked a question on the Jira Facebook group. Here is the answer: 

If you enable tempo plugin, it will change automatically to Tempo Timertraker"
