Issue with Jira Server Slack application Edited

I'm trying to connect Jira with Slack. I already have Slack integration on my Jira server, but cannot install Jira app on Slack.

The thing is that Jira Server app looks as installed, but if I look for installed apps on Slack, Jira Server is not there.

Hello @gmoreyra!

After you installed the plugin to your Jira Server you have to connect it to your Slack workspace. The whole process is described with screenshots here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/slack/using-jira-applications-with-slack-966662163.html.
