Issue with Issue Templates for Jira app where AO_33A75D_IT_CREATED failed once restoring fullbackup

Once restoring a full XML backup from another server instance to the destination server instance using "Restore Jira data from backup", I have received the following error which is related to a table for "Issue Templates for Jira" app v8.0.5. I have tried both before and after installing the plugin in the destination but the issue exists. Any suggestion?
The version of the source and destination server instances are the same and the destination instance was empty while doing this.
