When creating our first project in Jira Agile we added 3 boards. After assigning issues to board 1 they where still visible in the other 2 boards..? Should we not have more then 1 board i each project? Or o we something wrong? As we are working with separate team/task it would be useful to have multiple borads....

Hi Lennart,
You may have multiple boards for a specific project but if you want each board to show different contents then you should alter the boards' Saved Filter accordingly. For example:
You want board 1 to deal with bugs -> project = A and issuetype = Bug
You want board 2 to deal with stories -> project = A and issuetype = Story
