Issue in uploading Sonarqube Connector for JIRA

I need to upload SonarQube Connector for JIRA. As mentioned in the steps given in

Atlassian as Getting started with your new add-on topic.
Please find the steps mentioned in this link : [https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/installing-add-ons-273875715.html]
When I tried to upload sonarqube connector jar file using manage add on plugin. I am getting error that the plugin cannot be installed.

Can you please help me to resolve this.
