Issue connecting Halp with Service Desk

We are a long time user of Jira. We have been using Halp within Microsoft Teams now for several months, and we wish to connect Halp with Jira Service Desk (ITL). However, we are receiving the error "No unconnected request types found" in Halp when we try. As we have not used a Service Desk project before we are not sure of the steps required to set it up best for Halp. If we could be pointed in the right direction by anyone would greatly help.
