Is there any way user can avoid inputting basic data each time in Jira, while logging a new Bug?

Every time a Bug gets created in Jira, tester follows a standard template, which needs to be filled in. Is there any way Jira has such provision, where User can save previous Bug info as a default template and while opening a new Bug, all fields shows up some pre-filled information to save time? As 100's of Bugs getting logged and testers are typing in basic information from scratch, which can be avoided in a good Defect Management process.

It depends on the details. If the field is a select field you can use defaults if that helps. If the bugs are created in immediate succession the creator can check the “create another” checkbox at the bottom when opening the first bug and it will carryover many fields. Otherwise you need to search the Marketplace for possible template addons.
