Is there any way to export a Jira project? Edited

Hello everyone!

I am trying to export a JIRA Project from one JIRA instance and import that export file into my production environment. 

I am wondering if this is possible? If there is a certain tool that I need to use? Keep in mind, this is cloud to cloud instances.
