We have a reporter that has left. They opened many TASKs and FEATURE requests.
I would like to replace the reporter with the replacement.
That way the replacement is associated to all these tickets and they can better manage the backlog.
Use the Search Issue screen to search for the issue you want to change, then use the Bulk Change feature to Edit all the issues and change the reporter field on all the issues.

Hi Peter,
Simply write a JQL filter like:
reporter = username and statuscategory != Done
That will show you all of the open issues where that person is the reporter. For the username you can use the actual username, but you will need to type it in if their account is already disable. Or you can use the account ID.
Once you have your list, simply do a bulk change for the entire list, do an Edit, and then put in the new reporter. It's a required field so you can't just clear it out.
