Is there add on for a "celebratory" notification when an issue moved to a completed status in Jira?

Is there add on for a "celebratory" notification when an issue moved to a completed status in Jira?  I seem to remember that there used to be one, but I don't know which add on provided that in Jira or if there is a configuration with in Jira to turn it on.

Hi Abe,

You can create custom emails to send using add-ons such as JMWE, Automation For Jira, ScriptRunner, etc. Do you currently have any of those tools?
